We started our business almost ten years and looking back we have written over 100 patterns – wow! And we typically created a sample for each of the patterns that we could use to test the directions and to take a picture that we can use on the pattern covers.
I currently have an entire closet full of samples and felt that it might be time to try to sell some of them. I am sure that any of you that actually sew things for your loved ones realize that it takes a lot of time and love to create the project – so I typically wait until a special occasion comes along and I give them to people that I love.
So … most of the samples we are selling are baby blankets – They tend to be our best selling kits of all time – and kits sell much better if we have a sample on display – so we have a bunch of baby blankets and some quilts. Click here to go to the samples for sale page on our website. Typically I just have ‘one’ of each of the items listed – so they were ‘one of a kind’ and ‘made with love’.
Here are a few of the samples you will find on the website!
First – the Barnyard Bash quilt that Kayla designed – Click here if you would just like to go to the pattern. Click the caption below the picture if you’d like to go to the quilt that’s for sale. It is roughly 48″ x 60″.
Next up – Our lattice quilt – with perfect springtime fabrics. Click on the caption below the picture if you’d like to see more photos of the quilt – or click here if you’d like to see the pattern.
Next up – our puppy quilt. This one is also crib size – with a puppy making tracks to your heart. If you’d like like the pattern – click here.
And just making sure that kitties get equal representation – we also have a kitty quilt! Same size – same pattern! You get both the kitty and the puppy appliques.
We have lots of baby blankets for sale out there – Hope you might find one that will be perfect for someone you love.
How about a hooded blanket?
Or how about a double sided cuddle blanket with a fun little applique? There is a free pattern out on our website for the directions to make this blanket – just click here.
You can check back on our website – we hope to list new samples as they become available!
