We just moved to Woodland Park CO and a typical morning here means temperatures that are around or even below freezing – blankets (and an amazing fireplace) have become more and more important. I just purchased a bolt of two more of Shannon Fabrics Digital Prints – and I LOVE them!

The first one is their fox panel – It is one of their amazing digital prints – it is 33″ tall and 58/60″ wide. Kira and I LOVE foxes – she had a little den of foxes under her porch this last year and she got to watch their antics on the nest doorbell camera. Check out the five little foxes below!

I made a new blanket using the same directions as for the Moose throw. Click here to download the free pattern. It is really easy to make – you just need two coordinating fabrics for the front – and sew the strips to the panel and then add a backing. We just wrapped the back to the front and stitched it down – super easy to make!

Here is what my new blanket looks like – the photo was taken in the Red Rocks Campground just minutes from my new home.

My other new blanket uses their polar bear panel. It is 36″ tall and 58/60″ wide. The mommy polar bear and the two little cubs just warmed my heart – and when I turned it into a blanket – it warmed the rest of me too.
